First I contacted Jenny to troubleshoot a few doubts in regard to my immigration status while I was transitioning between companies. She replied the same day, and we booked a zoom call to go through all my questions. Then later in the year, she assisted me with my visa renewal application, contacting the employer solicitors and assessing the case due to an issue with immigration laws.
